Pregnancy

Pregnancy places constant change on the body, especially through the spine, pelvis, and supporting muscles. Dr. Hayes is Webster Technique certified and has a special passion for supporting women throughout pregnancy.

Common concerns include: low back pain, pelvic discomfort, SI joint pain, hip pain, sciatic-type discomfort, pubic bone discomfort, round ligament tension, rib and mid-back discomfort, neck and shoulder tension, headaches related to muscular tension, postural changes, sleep discomfort, and general pregnancy-related tension.

Postpartum

The postpartum season brings its own physical demands as your body recovers while caring for a new baby. Care is tailored to your birth experience, recovery, and daily movement patterns.

Common concerns include: neck and shoulder tension, upper back pain, low back pain, pelvic or SI joint discomfort, hip pain, tailbone discomfort, postural strain, wrist or arm overuse, headaches related to tension, stiffness, and discomfort returning to exercise.

Babies

Babies experience rapid growth and development, and many parents seek care when they notice tension, asymmetry, or movement concerns. Pediatric chiropractic care is gentle, specific, and adapted to a baby’s age and stage.

Common concerns include: head preference, torticollis, neck tension, body tension or stiffness, arching, difficulty turning the head evenly, latch troubles, feeding tension, side preference with nursing or bottles, tummy time challenges, uneven movement patterns, milestone support, and general wellness.

Families may also share concerns such as reflux, gas, constipation, sleep struggles, or recurrent ear issues.

Toddlers & Children

As kids grow, their movement patterns are constantly changing. Parents often bring their children in when they notice something different in the way they walk, run, play, or recover from everyday activity.

Common concerns we see: toe walking, pigeon-toed walking, uneven walking or running, frequent tripping or falling, clumsiness or coordination concerns, favoring one side, changes in posture, growing pains, neck or back discomfort, hip, knee, or leg discomfort, playground falls and minor injuries, sports-related injuries, overuse from sports or activities, muscle tightness, limited mobility, and general wellness care.

Families

At Woven, care isn't limited to one age or stage. From little ones to parents, every member of the family is navigating their own physical demands, stressors, routines, and stages of growth.

Common concerns we see: low back pain, neck and mid-back discomfort, disc-related injuries, muscle strains and sprains, headaches related to tension, postural strain, computer and desk-related discomfort, travel-related stiffness, sports and exercise injuries, overuse injuries, muscle tightness, reduced mobility, and general wellness care.

Many families also choose regular chiropractic care as part of their overall wellness routine. When the whole family is feeling supported, moving well, and better able to adapt to the physical and everyday stressors around them, it can help create a more regulated, connected rhythm at home.

Wellness is better when the whole family is supported.

Specialty Care

Focused care for more complex or persistent concerns.

Dr. Hayes has experience working with patients who come in with recurring or more specific complaints that may be influenced by the neck, spine, muscles, joints, or surrounding movement patterns.

Common concerns we see: headaches, tension headaches, migraines, vertigo and dizziness, jaw and TMJ tension, neck-related headaches, sinus and facial tension, chronic neck and shoulder tightness, radiating pain into the arms or legs, numbness or tingling associated with musculoskeletal or nerve irritation, and recurring musculoskeletal discomfort.

Because symptoms such as headaches, migraines, dizziness, vertigo, numbness, tingling, or radiating pain can have many different causes, care is always individualized and appropriate referral or co-management may be recommended when needed.
